The Road to KALDER Quality Award
The Total Quality Management journey started by BALNAK in 1996 continued with the EFQM Perfection Model since 1999. Self assessments implemented since 2000 ensure proper evaluation of the management quality related approaches (systems) and the results achieved. Definition and management of all Balnak activity processes yielded high level activity standardization. The structure formed by the procedures of BALNAK processes ensured an in house quality management system.
